Meet at the 1st floor office between 10:15–10:30am, then head to the Long Beach Catalina Express Terminal.
Be at the terminal no later than 11:15am so we can board together and grab seats on the main deck inside.
~1 hour crossing to Avalon.
About 45 minutes to explore — walk around town, hit the beach, or grab some ice cream before the water taxi picks us up.
Booked for a 2:00pm or 2:30pm pick-up from Avalon by the Express dock. ~15–20 minute ride to White's Landing.
Official check-in is at 4:00pm, but we can drop gear and enjoy the beach, campground, games, and exploration right away.
Get settled into the cabins, unpack, and get comfortable.
First catered dinner — all meals are provided at the campground.
Open breakfast window. Come and go as you please.
Swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, basketball, beach volleyball, hiking trails. The day is yours.
Catered lunch at the campground.
Dinghy rentals, fishing off the pier, more water activities, or just kick back and enjoy the views.
Catered dinner at the campground.
Campfire, card games, BYOB, and the kind of stories that don't leave the island.
Last morning meal. Enjoy it.
Boat pick-up from campground at 10:00am sharp. Arrive back in Avalon by ~10:30am.
Be in line by 10:50am for the 11:50am departure.
~1 hour crossing back to the mainland.
